JNNURM

JNNURM-The Mission Statement: The aim is to encourage reforms and fast track planned development of identified cities. Focus is to be on efficiency in urban infrastructure and service delivery mechanisms, community participation, and accountability of ULBs/ Parastatal agencies towards citizens.

 

APMDP

The Municipal Administration & Urban Development department is implementing "Andhra Pradesh Municipal Development Project" in all the Municipalities and Corporations of Andhra Pradesh. The main objective of the project is to improve the living conditions of the urban population, especially the urban poor through sustainable development. The project will finance the infrastructure facilities like roads, drains, water supply, street lighting and solid waste management.
